As part of its policy to support local businesses, the Collectivité of Saint-Martin has introduced the “My Beautiful Store” (Mon Beau Commerce) program, a financial assistance scheme designed to support the renovation and enhancement of commercial premises across the territory.
This grant aims to improve the attractiveness of local businesses by supporting the renovation of storefronts, signage, and both interior and exterior fittings. It is available to businesses established in Saint-Martin, registered with the Trade and Companies Register or the Trades Register, operating from a commercial premises within the territory, and compliant with their tax and social security obligations.
The program covers a wide range of eligible expenses, including storefront renovations, the replacement or modernization of business signage, interior refurbishment works, security equipment such as alarms and surveillance cameras, as well as certain professional equipment used in restaurants and beverage establishments.
However, some activities are not eligible for this assistance, including businesses with an annual turnover exceeding €500,000 excluding tax, real estate agencies, self-employed professionals, pharmacies, paramedical professions, and tourist accommodation establishments, which may benefit from other dedicated support schemes.
Applications must be submitted through the Collectivité of Saint-Martin’s online one-stop grant application portal.
