2- Purpose
These General Terms of Use aim to define the conditions for accessing and using the “Trouve Ton Pro à Saint-Martin” platform, which enables connections between users and professionals.

Client: user searching for a professional
Professional: service provider listed on the platform
4- Access to the Platform
Access to the platform is free for users.
Consultation of profiles is unrestricted.
Connecting with professionals requires the creation of an account.
The registration of professionals is subject to prior approval.
The platform may suspend or refuse access in the event of non-compliance with the GTU.
5-Operation of the Service
The platform allows:
searching for professionals / viewing profiles / direct contact between users and professionals / sending quote requests / posting reviews
The platform does not guarantee either the availability of professionals or the conclusion of a contract.
6 – Role of the Platform
The platform acts exclusively as a technical intermediary.
It does not intervene:
in the performance of services
in negotiations
in the conclusion of contracts
The platform is not a party to contracts concluded between clients and professionals.
7 – Obligations of Professionals
The professional undertakes to:
provide accurate and up-to-date information
comply with applicable regulations
hold the required insurance policies
adopt fair and professional conduct
The professional is solely responsible for the services provided.
8 – Verification and “Certified Pro” Badge
The platform may verify certain information (identity, activity, legal existence).
The “Certified Pro” badge is based on an internal and occasional verification process.
It does not constitute either a guarantee of quality, continuous monitoring, or official certification.
The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.
9 – Obligations of Users
Users undertake to:
provide accurate information
use the platform fairly and lawfully
not publish fraudulent or abusive content
Any abusive behavior may result in suspension of the account.
10 – Ranking and Listing of Professionals
Professionals listed on the platform are displayed according to objective criteria intended to facilitate user searches. Ranking is based exclusively on objective and transparent criteria, without commercial influence.
Ranking may notably be influenced by:
reviews posted by users
the completeness and updating of profiles
the relevance of the information with regard to the search performed
By default, ranking is based on objective and transparent criteria, without commercial influence.
However, the platform reserves the right to offer, in the future, visibility or promotional options, particularly as part of specific offers.
In such cases:
sponsored or promoted content will be clearly identified
ranking criteria will be explained transparently
users will be informed of the existence of any commercial relationship influencing the ranking
In the absence of active commercial promotion, results may also be displayed in chronological order (registration or profile update date).
The platform reserves the right to modify ranking criteria in order to improve service quality and the relevance of results.
No professional currently benefits from sponsored ranking.
11 – Customer Reviews
The platform allows users to post reviews regarding listed professionals.
11.1 Conditions for Posting Reviews
Reviews must:
be based on a genuine experience with the professional
be written objectively, honestly, and respectfully
not contain defamatory, insulting, or unlawful statements
The platform reserves the right to request any information necessary to verify the authenticity of the experience (communications, quotes, invoices, etc.).
11.2 Moderation Process
Reviews are subject to automated and/or human moderation before or after publication.
The following may notably be rejected or removed:
fraudulent or manifestly inaccurate reviews
reviews unrelated to an actual service
abusive or unlawful content
The platform reserves the right not to publish or to remove any review that does not comply with these rules, without any obligation to justify its decision.
11.3 Transparency and Review Ranking
Reviews are displayed chronologically or according to their relevance.
The platform may use an overall rating based on all published reviews.
No financial compensation is granted in exchange for posting a review.
11.4 Right of Reply for Professionals
Professionals concerned by a review have a right of reply.
Their response is published under conditions similar to those applicable to the original review.

The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of published reviews.
Reviews solely reflect the opinions of their authors.
11.6 Reporting
Any user or professional may report a disputed review via the platform.
After review, the platform may:
maintain the review
modify it
or remove it
12 – Liability
The platform shall not be held liable for:
the quality of services provided
damage resulting from an intervention
disputes between users and professionals
information provided by professionals
Liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages related to the technical operation of the platform.
The platform shall not be held liable in cases of:
force majeure
service interruption
data loss
13 – Disputes Between Users and Professionals
Disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.
The platform may intervene on an optional basis, without any obligation of result.
14 – Consumer Mediation
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, users may refer free of charge to a consumer mediator:
