Professionals – “Trouve Ton Pro à Saint-Martin” Platform
1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the subscription conditions applicable to professionals using the platform.
2 – Offers and Pricing
The platform offers 2 subscription plans, available on a monthly or annual basis (these plans may evolve over time).
Monthly subscription: €35 / month
Annual subscription: €350 / year
Prices may be modified at any time. Current subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.
3 – Subscription
Registration is completed online.
The subscription becomes effective after:
profile validation
publication of the profile online
4 – payment
Payment is made via Stripe.
- monthly or annual direct debit
secure payment
invoice available upon request
Any late payment or failure to pay will result in account suspension.
5 – Duration and Renewal
monthly subscription: automatically renewed
annual subscription: automatic renewal unless cancelled
6 – Cancellation
The professional may cancel their subscription under the following conditions:
Monthly subscription:
cancellation possible at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly period. No prorated refund will be issued.
Annual subscription:
cancellation possible at any time, subject to 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.
Failing this, the subscription will be renewed for a new annual period.
Any period already started remains due.
Cancellation may be carried out through the personal account area or by written request sent to the platform.
7 – Professional Obligations
The professional undertakes to:
provide accurate information
keep their profile updated
comply with legal requirements
8 – Liability
The platform shall not be held liable for:
services performed
customer disputes
loss of revenue
9 – Suspension
The platform may suspend an account in the event of:
non-payment
fraud
non-compliance with the General Terms of Use
10 – Applicable Law
French law – courts of Basse-Terre.
