Since childhood, Nadia Merisier has nurtured a true passion for pastry. But it was in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, that everything changed. While holding down a stable job, she dedicated her free time to perfecting her techniques, experimenting, creating… and teaching herself.
In particular, she developed a lighter, less sweet Italian meringue buttercream, which became her signature. At family and social gatherings, her creations became a hit, and requests multiplied. In September 2025, she took the plunge and launched Tasty Drips By Nadia.
